Mândra

Well, after spending years with different knives the Mandra is the one that I now bring the most. I simply just grap it out of the drawer and put it in my pocket. It is becoming annoyingly addictive. Yes, it is annoying! The blade is stubby, you cannot seem to get a proper grip, and the sheath, oh the sheath! Oh, and did I mention that you cannot seem to get a proper grip? The Mandra is like THAT girl - not the most beautiful, nor the finest, but the one you somewhat always seem to end up in bed wirh and the one you miss the most. Annoyingly addictive! Imperfectly imperfect. Keep it that way!

Much to short handle , blade little to short. A slightly larger version would be the perfect knife. This one is close to useless.

I really like this knife, it's everything I hoped it would be. The size is perfect for my needs, and the build quality is excellent. It's extremely sharp right out of the box, and based on my experience with other Helle blades it should hold the edge well and be easy to resharpen when needed.

This is my second purchase of this knife! Love the design, along with the 3 finger hold. So much my friend liked my first one, it became hers. 🤣

One of my favorite Hellè knives! I carry it on my belt. Very useful for many daily task. It was beautifully crafted and when the sheath wears in it looks and feels amazing! I recommend keeping the plastic thing in the sheath though. It helps hold it in place better and protect the interior and this sharp little knife will cut the sheath up if you use it a lot. I tossed mine… kind of a bone head move … didn’t realize it something that needed to stay. I later noticed that my other Hellè knives have the same thing in their sheaths as well. That being it still works great and as mentioned, looks really nice. I see that new sheaths can be purchased when needed. It will be just another reason to buy something else.
